RETURN POLICY

MOST iNFLUENTIAL APPAREL (MiAPPAREL) is a print-on-demand boutique. We do not hold any inventory, and do so to ensure no we do not overprint and/or leave waste. All our products are printed as they are ordered.

All MiAPPAREL inventory is produced and shipped from various locations around the world via printful.com and/or printify.com manufacturers. MiAPPAREL has its own return/refund policies separate from these suppliers. Returns/Refunds

There is no return policy for MiAPPAREL, as we do not hold any products at our Denver, CO headquarters or at any other locations by or between our partners.

MiAPPAREL does, however, allow for a full refund policy on any product that is damaged. A damaged product is only eligible for a full refund upon review. A customer must send in pictures of the item, showing the damaged or misprinted areas through MiAPPAREL’s contact page (https://www.mostinfluentialart.com/contact-miapparel), and no later than 14 days after receiving the aforementioned damaged item. Upon review of the item, if the damage to the item is valid, MiAPPAREL will send the customer a full refund in the form of store credit, whereas the customer may repurchase the same item or any other item they so choose.


If 14 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Please note the equivalent amount of shipping and taxes that will be deducted from your order. MiAPPAREL does not refund shipping fees or subsequent taxes.

MISSING OR LOST ITEMS

First, please check your tracking information carefully.

Many times, a package may have arrived at its destination and no one was there to receive it. It may have been rerouted to a local facility for you to pick it up. This shouldn’t be the case, but before contacting MiAPPAREL, please make sure your item is not simply at one of these facilities.

For items that are either lost, stolen, or fail to arrive at the specified location dictated by a customer, we will also refund those items. Since items that are lost or misplaced cannot be verified by a delivery date, we offer customers a 45 day money back guarantee. If an item does not arrive within 45 days, MiAPPAREL will refund the customer in full, including shipping and taxes. The refund will be in the form of store credit, and will also include free shipping on the next purchase made at our store.

PRE-ORDER/SPECIALTY ITEMS

Giveaway or Pre-ordered product purchases have a 14 day cancellation policy. A customer (either through their account or via our contact page - https://www.mostinfluentialart.com/contact-miapparel) may cancel their order no later than 14 days after purchase. Same rules apply to damaged goods in our refund policy.

CANCELATION

If your order is placed on a week day, we may be able to catch an order prior to its production. This means we may be able to cancel your order before it is fully processed and refund you completely.

If your order is placed on a weekend or a bank holiday, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead if informed within 24 hours of placing your order. Though, it may have gone through its production process and started shipping. In which case, we can only refund you the cost of the item and not for the shipping or taxes.
